The Royal Oak now has one room as a restaurant, The silver band and football club are still going strong and Mareham-le-fen now has its own monthly news letter ,free to residents .
As yet we have no traffic lights in the village which is becoming a unique feature in lincolnshire although we do have speed bumps on one of the new housing estates .
Phipps The butcher is under new management , the part of Goslings garage is no longer trading ,leaving the village without a garage or fuel vender
